Self-growth, also known as “personal growth,” is developing new skills, behaviors, actions, attitudes, habits, and reactions to benefit certain aspects of your life. You might work on self-growth concerning your career, personal life, or both.

It's like a circle, that keeps open and expands whenever people reach a new cognitive or find out their ego, a crucial part for us.​​ There are 6 stages in this circle: Explore something that interests or is curious, then experience it, gain the lesson to converse, reflect, update, grow your mindset, and have a new version of yourself.
