Unite And Shine is the middle-year event of One Mount Real Estate spending for the Sale Agents, encouraging them to achieve more impressive numbers in the real estate market.
​The Brief
The key message is "Unite and Shine". The meaning: Each member has unique aspirations and skills, but when we collaborate and support one another, our separate dreams become a greater collective objective, attain outstanding success. The "Unite and Shine" message affirms that true strength stems from solidarity and teamwork, which not only helps us achieve our goals but also creates long-term value for the organization.

Target audience: Sales Agent
Awareness level: Directive information, is not complicated to understand
Challenge: Balance the requirements of the business with the brand identity of OneHousing and make sure that the target audience can get the message and inspire them to reach the business purpose. Besides, the design brings them feel that they're a part of the organization, and prosperous together.

The concept: following stakeholder discussions, the idea is to combine OneHousing's brand identity pattern, cubes to symbolize the building structure, and the road to symbolize a successful unity and shine with all the achievement to bring the spirit of "Unite and Shine" to the real estate achievement.
